As a side note, did anyone see a glance or two of CSI (while SPN was on commercial, of course). Lauren Lee Smith (from Mutant X fame - TOTALLY DIFFERENT NOW) is the new chick. Also, I am SUCH a total and complete nerd, but what she was saying about the ATP in the blood stream and the sudden-onset rigor mortis? We SO just talked about that in Biology I lecture earlier this week/last week. I just ... NERD MOMENT! My jaw dropped and I was like ... "wow ... I know it's a script, but I just ... I'm a NERD, and Lauren Lee Smith is too!" Okay, not so much. Oh, and ATP is basically the energy for every living cell. It is Adenosine Triphosphate. :)

Next epside? Great name, hopefully not disappointing. "It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester". *points and giggles like crazy* *remembers tonights episode and laughs so hard I cry*

Soymilk Conspiracy

WARNING: Huge rant w/ random "rhetorical" questions. Ignore if you want. Also, it is a complete opinion piece with guestimations and no real numbers. Just what I observe.

Calcium. What is it? An important element for bone building and many, many other functions in your body, including muscle contraction (ex. heart muscle). Everyone knows you can get a healthy dose of Calcium by drinking your regular allotage of cow milk, right? Of course! The good thing about that is that milk is relatively cheap. Affordable. A real staple in the home, right? Sure! Even television ads have hit on the milk craze. The "milk diet" is rather popular, with milking yourself thin and other such nonsense in effort to get people to actually drink the heathy substance.

But what if you cannot? What if cow's milk is like a complete poison to your body's system, particularly digestive, and you cannot physically digest it? What then? Goat's milk? I would not risk it! Soymilk? It is approximately twice as expensive as regular cow's milk, and you even get less per container than you do with the regular milk. Why? My theory is because these supposed "health food" companies want to hike the prices as much as they can. Health fads are constantly sweeping, changing, and evolving (or devolving) Americans in this busy, busy world today. Hence, the more they charge + higher demand = fatter pocketbooks.

And the problem is not just with the prices, but content. Because of the way these things (below) are made, I cannot eat them:
1) milk
2) ice cream
3) donuts
4) sour cream
5) cottage cheese
6) yogurt
7) cream cheese
8) real butter
9) anything with whey*

The list truly does go on and on. Below are some alternatives, if any, that I have come across.

1) soymilk
2) sorbet
3) Chinese donuts (although, I only ate one, and had no real idea what was in them)
4) n/a
5) n/a
6) non-dairy yogurt (seperates quickly and has a strange taste)
7) n/a
8) margarine (made with oils)
9) n/a

*Whey is milk protein, the main component of my allergy.

Also, if someone says they have a milk ALLERGY, please, PLEASE do not assume they mean lactose intolerant. Because that just means they cannot have lactose. Some things, label readers will notice, say "lactose free" but also say "contains: milk ...". How is this? They perhaps removed lactose, but there is still the milk protein, or several other things related to milk that could potentially be harmful to someone depending on the severity of their allergy.

I am truly sorry to rant, and I could really, really go on here, but the bottom line is we are being ripped off, and it is not fair. One last note before I go to bed: soymilk is not only more expensive, but harder to find. Grocery stores sell it by the jug, but it is also produced by individual, handy bottles. Why can we never find that, except by buying in bulk from a vendor (ie. Silk)? I have personally only seen it ONCE!

Clearly, I'm happy. At any rate, I am so sorry for not posting on here in forever. Now I am at school, waiting for time for class. I was just wondering if I could put out a few song reqs.

Also, does anyone have some kind of version of the U of M fight song (Go Tigers Go!) or "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor (which is like their unofficial fight song all the radio stations love playing)? Please? *bats eyelashes*

Whoa. School has been insane. Because I am sorta in college now and all, I have neglected LJ and that makes me sad. I am supposed to be "studying" today as I have to work on four exams (two are take home, another is tomorrow, and the fourth is on Monday), but I don't want to. *crosses arms and huffs* I want school to be done. Period. Not to mention I have this one teacher that is out to get me ...

... okay. She is far-left "I will not tolerate or even listen to anything anyone else says" liberal. Not even the other teachers are as bad as she is. We had to write a paper that was basically "if the draft were reinstated at the end of the month and everyone had to go - no exceptions, then what would you do?" I said, after some "thoughtful/mindful" arguing or whatever, that I would proudly go and serve my country. What does she give me? A frackin' D+. D PLUS! This is an honors course and I have to pass with a B-. The problem? This paper counts as 25% of our final grade. Of course it does. *shakes head at her*

Another girl - same class, mind you - got an A because she said she would not go. Someone else in a different section had a weak argument for his topic. Grade? B+. My friend in yet another section got an A for saying she would go. *headdesk* I HATE DR. GRAHAM! Okay ... not hate. Strongly dislike and do not think she should ever be a teacher - EVER. She does not play "devil's advocate" as she claims, because anytime I bring up anything that slightly disagrees with what she's saying, you know what she does? She looks mortified and says, "I've never heard anyone say that before." *strangles her* That's because you have freakin' earwax in your ears!

*breathes* Now I have to rewrite that paper to try and get a better grade. Wish me luck, everyone! *crosses fingers*

Anyway, I hope you are all gearing up for Christmas. I still need a heap of songs, but I will deal for now. I might give up on them for the moment in favor of *points at Sammeh* sleep. I really have not been getting enough of it. On Tuesday, guess what I'll be doing? SLEEPING ALL DAY LONG! YEAH! And, of course, being on my computer and watching tv. ;) Dur.

I'm really sorry that it's been so long since I've posted on here. Right now I'm at school (college girl now, folks!), and I'm stalling until my next class. My Adventure: Part 1

Well, I have been away from LJ lately, because I was out of town camping on the other side of the state. It was a lot of fun, so I'll give you the shortened version and explain the usage of the tired Sammeh icon.

Wednesday - Pack and shop for camping
Thursday - Leave early. Arrive late. Go on three mile hike to and fro the waterfall. Sprain left ankle. Go to bed.
Friday - Wake up early. Eat breakfast. Flirt with the guy I have a crush on. Go white water rafting. Fall out on a class four called Double Suck. Eat lunch. Read. Eat supper. Go hiking three miles to and fro the waterfall, pausing to sing church songs, and get helped by the guy I have a crush on. Experience knee pain. Get back and make smores with said guy. Realize how swollen my knee is and rub Icy Hot. Go to bed.
Saturday - Wake up EARLY on account of rain. Eat breakfast. Pack everything up. Head out and stop for picture. Sit the rest of the ride home beside said guy I have a crush on. Grab lunch in a mall. Hang with friends in the car. Listen to "evil!song" - see "what's in my head". Get home in the early evening and unpack. Go home with mom and ice knee and ankle.

Why the icon - Well, I hurt my right knee and left ankle - on top of it, I'm sick, so I'm exhausted! *sigh* I'll get over the respiratory crap soon, I'm sure, but it's the knee I'm worried about. Going for MRI on Thursday - will keep y'all updated. I'm supposed to "rest" anyway, so I have my laptop ... in my lap.

Summary – An unlikely match from two different worlds, colliding amongst falling leaves.
A/N – Not mine, if they were, Sylar would become a good guy and would be all about me. Also, I didn’t know what chick to use, that’s why I decided to use Jo. She always gets a bad rap, so I decided to sort of do something differently. I hope you like it. This is, unfortunately, unbetaed and thus full of mistakes and things, I’m sure. Enjoy it anyway, though!

Gun shots echoed through forest trees as blonde hair dashed through the dark brown bark. A man stood on a hill, holding out his hand at the blonde bombshell, smirking. The gun was ripped from her hands as she stumbled forward from the force of it being invisibly pulled from her fingertips, jerking and landing on the ground. She followed suit, stumbling to her hands and knees, panting and angry. Jerking her head up to find the monster she was after, Joanna Beth Harvelle realized something. She was in trouble. Mostly because she didn’t realize that she was actually hunting a person.

Well, she still considered him a monster, though. Stealing people’s brains? Hell, there were rumors that he actually ate them. He had shot people before. Stabbed them with shards of glass. But this was different now. Now they were practically face to face, and something stirred inside her. He was handsome. She could just make out his long black trench as it swirled around his ankles. His dark brown scruff dotting his jaw line as his lips twisted into a deep smirk.

Her breath caught in her throat as she drew her freshly sharpened blade from her boot. Jo raised it, ready to use it against him, when a voice floated through her brain. You’re scared, it told her, and instinctively, she knew it was his voice, distracted. Drop your weapon and we can have a truce. I will make sure you die quickly – painlessly. As if she believed him, Jo dropped the knife harmlessly by her side, letting it fall into the browning fallen leaves.

Stepping closer towards him, her heart skipped a beat. Was she seriously thinking about this? Kissing someone she had been intending to kill for the good of … well, everyone. It seemed he had been killing people at random, but another rumor had said that they all had something wrong with them. Something different about them. For the faintest of moments, she wondered what that was. If it was something like Sam Winchester and his visions. She supposed she was not supposed to know about him, but she did anyway. There. If to save no one else, she should kill this Sylar freak to save Sam. Because honestly, she still had a crush on Dean – even if the older brother was far too protective and would never get together with her.

Sylar stepped down from the hill, walking closer towards her. He could feel her emotions reflected in her thoughts, hear her heart beat. She was nervous. Scared. He was interested in her, though. Maybe Sylar would let her live the night. Maybe he would walk away and let her live period. But she had been so intent on killing him that he was not so sure he should do that. Because she could turn and pick that gun back up at any moment.

They met on either side of a large pile of leaves. Sylar looked down towards it curiously, a few leaves on top swirling slightly as he moved them. Jo looked down at them and then back towards him. As he was distracted briefly with the leaves, she walked into them and licked her lips slowly. Looking to his eyes as he met hers, she sighed. She wanted to kiss him. Needed to kiss him.

Her heart sped up suddenly as she grabbed him on either side of his head, just behind his jaw, and planted a firm, quick kiss on his lips. Pulling back quickly and blushing, she looked to him and then back down towards the leaves. They swirled around her feet, calming to the shape of a heart around her. Arching an eyebrow, she looked up and he was gone.

Running a hand through her loose hair and letting out a long breath, Jo’s heart fluttered. She had just kissed him and then lost him. He had disappeared. Gone. And she would never see him again, most likely.

Author's Note: I’m really sorry if this sucks eggs. I was desperate and couldn’t post on my RPGs because my brain was dead, and … well, this is what happened. I’ve been wanting one for a long while now, but it’s been a while since I’ve written a fic. I hope this is okay. Oh, and my betas have essentially given it two thumbs up, so here goes nothing!

Deep in the middle of dank woods somewhere, a huge red fox led the way through thick brush for a gigantic collie and golden retriever. It looked like there was some sort of convention in town for huge animals – because they were all nearly twice the size of what was considered standard of their kind, especially the fox. The other two looked to him as if he was their leader. They were, in fact, members of a strange and interesting pack of wereanimals. The moon was not quite full as of yet, but they were having fun tonight. Playing. Enjoying themselves.

The red fox paused, his jaws parting ways and revealing white canine teeth that were razor sharp. He snapped them together, cutting down and away and came back with a rabbit by the scruff of its neck between his teeth. Smiling at the corners of his mouth, he shook his head, knocking it out, and tossed it behind him. The dogs did not really seem that interested in it; the collie pawing at it and the retriever nudging it with its muzzle. Fox turned on his heel and came down on the rabbit, seemingly shrugging towards the other two as they moved off and he began to chow down on his snack.

His ear twitched and he licked his lips. Someone else was here. His friends had moved off and probably had not noticed it. Now, Fox was strong and could take care of himself, but that is not what was worrying him. He wanted to make sure that his friends were alright. They were part of his pack, and he was Ulfric – the King. Now there was this mysterious other person. He smelled the air through the sticky crimson blood on his normally black nose, trying to see if there was a familiarity to it. And there was. He bowed his head a little and did not finish his snack. In fact, he stepped over it, guarding it.

The birds in the trees above him sang a low, sickly sweet song as the voice of a chesty woman with a Creole accent bounced off the branches, “Ah, Macky … if you giv’ me dat, Ah can … hep you wit’ your woman.” The voice caught up with the woman as an African American woman with thick hair and a barely-there dress that hardly covered her breasts. In fact, the tattered brown dress showed the top curve of her bossoms, and Fox looked up to her, cocking his head. Clearing his throat and licking his lips again, Fox looked like he was going to speak.

“I need no help,” he more or less growled at her with a surprisingly human tone to his words that were layered with an inhuman growl from his gullet. “Go, Seer, find your own catch for your spells and things. I am Ulfric. This is my kill.” He held his ground over the dead and maimed white rabbit, its fur now equally matted with crimson blood, and patches of the formerly white now missing.

She flipped her massive black hair over her shoulder and laughed at him; not mockingly so, because that’d be cause for instant death. This woman – the Seer – was the only human that was allowed in the pack. She had been with the pack for a while, long before he had become Ulfric. Before he had to kill Henry – the idiot. Probably before Henry had taken over after killing Nines – the smart one. Mack was not exactly sure on that. He could not remember at the moment. But perhaps that did not matter. Not right now.

“Ah, you in denial,” she snorted confidently, walking off, sashaying her hips with the breeze teasingly, “but’ Ah may hep you enyway.” Fox watched her walk away from him, shaking his head, before turning back and finishing his meal. Well, it was not a full meal, but it was good enough for now. Maybe he would go hunting later for more food. Hunting with his woman. His mate. His whole world.

Should I write more? I'm working on chapter two. *nod* Let me know what you think! *cling*

random recipe post

Okay, this morning, nothing was sounding good to eat, so thus I decided to cook. Actually cook for breakfast. This is very, very rare.

Needed:
Stove
Small-ish skillet
Cooking spray of your choice
2 peices of bread of your choice (I like using wheat or Sarah Lee white-wheat)
1 egg
small-ish bowl
paper plate
regular plate
two forks
one spatula
one long handled tea spoon
box of powdered sugar

Makes: 2 pieces

Instructions:
1. Spray pan w/ cooking spray and start on high heat
2. Crack egg into bowl, add a touch of water, and beat with fork (into submission, lol)
3. Pour egg goo onto paper plate
4. Lay first piece of bread on paper plate, move around
5. Flip and repeat
6. Carefully transfer to skillet and cook on both sides until slightly brown
7. Transfer piece one to regular plate
8. Repeat steps 4-7;; you might have to turn the temperature down some
9. Use spoon and sprinkle one teaspoon of powdered sugar on each piece of bread while still warm on one side
10. Serve with a fork and your favorite breakfast drink or just some water! ENJOY!

ordinary ... a fan fic from me?

Okay, here's the thing. I've never had a beta before, but I feel like I need one. I haven't written a fan fiction in a long, long while. Anyway, this is my first fic in ... too long, and it's based on an RPG I'm on. *points at icon* That's Mack from Unit, I use him as Mack on several RPGs, too. My fic is based inside a pack of wereanimals that my main character leads as their king.

So, if you want to beta, PLZ reply here. It's called "Ordinary" - working title, of course;; will take suggestions! Anyway ... yeah. Plz flist, plz! Supernatural Life, the sim where I got these characters from.

Oh, rating is currently PG-13, leaning towards NC-17+.

BEST MOVIE EVER!!! - for mostly CG work

Okay, so there's this movie called "Prey Alone" that's only like fifteen minutes long. It was shot all on green screen and is mostly CG. The live actors only shot for four days, the rest was done on the computer. There's awesome action, explosions, wonderful music, excellent detail, and more! Basically, it's like a spy movie and you really get to feel for a guy you only ever see in shadows really. It's intense and really takes you for a spin. Please go to iFilm or YouTube to check it out! This movie kicks some serious butt!!! And there's a huge twist at the end that leaves you stunned, but perhaps pleasently so.

WATCH THE MOVIE!!!

Okay, does anyone have "Photograph" by Nickelback? How about a mp3 of "One Vision" by Queen and/or "Adrenaline" by Bush? Plz? *bats eyelashes* I love you, flist! You people save my life! Time and time and time ... and again. Long story short, those second two songs won't work on my mp3 player for whatever weird reason. And the first one was just really random because I just started singing it while wondering around on LJ. Odd? I know.

Oh, and I'm working on some images, no idea when they'll be done/up. *sigh* And if I suddenly don't talk on here for a while, it's not y'all, it's me. I'm having some RL issues with asthma && weather and - long story short - almost had to go to the ER today. *crosses fingers* Hopefully it'll correct itself. I already took all the asthma medicine I can (safely) && the pain killers (for chest pain). *sigh* So ... yeah.

Okay, so you all know I love lists, right? So, here's my most recent list. (Feel free to skip to the bottom where a meme will magically appear.)

1) *blink* Okay, I hate my job. There are days I enjoy it, but today is another "I'm not on the schedule - like I was supposed to be - but do you need me anyway?" and then my boss says, "No, we have enough people today." *grumble*

2) I need to clean. My dad is going to kill me unless I start pulling some weight at home, and all I want to do is sleep, eat, and be on my computer. Unhealthy, I know. I need a job where I can be on my computer - like both my parents - and then that'd make me happy. :)

3) I need to clean. I know, you think you're seeing things. I have to vacuum my bathroom, my room, mop the bathroom, vacuum the downstairs bathrooms && long hallway, mop those bathrooms, and finish general cleaning of my office and bedroom so I can eventually paint and put up new bookcases - once I buy them - so I'll be ready for college. Spring cleaning, you ask? Nope. SUMMER cleaning! And I live in the hottest part of the house, too. Upstairs. *grumble*

4) It rained finally! *dances* Something to be happy about. And if it doesn't rain today, then I won't get called into work. Which is kinda okay, because look at what all I have to clean. *head swims*

5) Work on graphics. *dies* I meant to post some, and then I had to stop working on them because of college and job crap, and now you all miss them, don't you? *clings to my flist*

6) STOP HURTING MYSELF! Okay, not on purpose, but I did nearly break my right pinkie toe on top of me having tendonitis in the base of my left thumb. The toe thing wasn't as exciting as the other toe thing with the drill, but still. It did hurt like hell. I was walking into the bathroom and my toe decided to stay in the hall. The doorframe went right between my pinkie toe and the one next to it, snapping the pinkie toe almost backwards. It hurts to just sit here now - because I'm crossing my legs. *grumble again* Oh well, ce la vie.

1) Where did Liz Tucker come from?
- Good question, lol! She's my answer to "Mary Sue". Nah, I'm just kidding. Really, I feel like she's an extension of me. Elizabeth is my middle name and Tucker comes from Lt. Charles "Trip" Tucker from Enterprise. I've had a Liz Tucker on sims since I first started watching Enterprise and I've tried to have one on an active sim ever since. She's ... well, Lizzy is like another side of me. If I could be thrown into whatever 'verse (ex. Supernatural), then that would be what I was like. Honestly, though, I wish I could have her waistline. Not the pregnant one, obviously, but you see my meaning. ;) Oh, and the recent two-sidedness of Lizzy is just ... well, from watching too much Heroes. ;) Nah, I mean, everyone has two sides. One they show to their family, and one they show to other people.

2) Who is your favorite Hero?
- Well, that's a loaded question. First it was Peter. *nod* He was a nurse and I found that cool and sexy. Then it was someone else, but now it's Sylar. IDK why. I love Sylar. :) Maybe because I find him very deep and I enjoy seeing the duality of Sylar and Gabriel. Or because I enjoy finding out more about the actor. IDK. Something.

3) Why do you go by Lizard?
- *cring* I KNEW someone would ask me some day. Okay, as I mentioned above, my middle name is Elizabeth. Which - because I ~~used to~~ have bad breath, my parents called me "Lizard-Breath" which eventually shortened to "Lizard" and it's stuck ever since. My extended family still looks at us weird when mom says "Hey Lizard" and I respond to it. *shrug*

4) How many RP charries have you had total on all the RPs you've been on?
- Like I commented over in sinuous_curve's journal, that's a loaded question. I've been simming for 6+ years, and I started out with email RP games - which I DO NOT advise. But, that's how come most of my posts are nice and long. It's like writing a book with a bunch of other people. Anyway, currently I have 18 "active" ~~characters~~ charries, meaning that I can post on those sims at least every other day or so. Some of the sims I'm on are dying. Currently, I'm on five or six sims, and I really have a total of 23 charries. I do need to cut back because of college this fall. Adding up all my charries - alive and dead - over the past several, several years? I'd say upwards of 100, maybe upwards of 200. I never have more than 30 active at a time (not since a few years back, anways). I need to start saving all of my character applications, though, because I end up wanting to reuse some dead ones, but the sites are literally gone from the internet and that makes me depressed. But, this all reminds me, I need to go update my user info page with the listing of my sims.
- Oh, and I have been admining or assisting my admin friends over about the same amount of time. I'd say 5+ years on that. Currently, I admin/mod five sims (including dying ones). It's a lot of fun, even if it's mostly moving threads and accepting new members. I haven't had my own sim in a while, though. Last time I tried, it was barely alive for a few weeks, I think. I just don't have the time to advertise as much as I'd like. Besides, advertising is how I find other wonderful sites that I feel compelled to join. *sigh* And that's how I end up with TONS of charries! *headdesk*

5) What's your favorite board?
*nervously looks around for spies* All of them? *sheepish grin* Okay, if I had to pick ~~one~~ ~~two~~ three, then I'd say Supernatural Life - out of all my current ones, I've been on here the longest;; Imagined Peace - got to love the spin-off board!!!;; and Ashes to Dust - a cool new one that an old friend joined.

EDIT: Work just called. They need me after all. *hug* YAY! I get another $5.40 an hour today. Isn't life ~~great~~ ~~splendid~~ okay?

Okay, so I was watching Last Comic Standing on NBC and my sister had a sticker on her foot - no joke. So, once she took the sticker off her foot and slapped it onto her laptop, she realized that it was a scratch-n-sniff sticker from McDonald's or something. I don't know where she got it. I don't ask those kinds of questions.

So you know 'dem scratch-n-sniff stickers? Or scritch-n-snuff depending on your accent? ;) Well, what's up with those things? I mean, seriously. Are they some sort of scented cocaine for kids? It's like *scratch* ... *scratch, scratch, scratch* and then *sniff* WHOA! HELLO!!! Hi, how are you? *longer sniff* OH YEAH! *sniff one nostril, then the other* Oh, I'm feelin' it, now! BUTTERY POPCORN for EVERYONE!!!

That's right, everyone, welcome me to the 21st century. *bow* I bought myself an MP3/4 player off of eBay a while back, and when I pulled up to the house after work, my mom and sister (and dog) came out screaming "GUESS WHAT CAME!?" My sister is convinced that it is an iPod nano - 2 gig, pretty blue, that sort of thing, but it's not. It's actually generic. *nod* And hence a LOT cheaper. So, guess what I'm listening to? "Carry On My Wayward Son" - Kansas. *giggle-snort* I'm hopeless. I added a TON of music, half country and half "Dean" music. ;)

Oh, and I'll try to post more later. *hugs everyone and dances around* MP3 players really do free you up. I just need a nice case for it. *sigh* Maybe a cool arm band thing. Then I can take it with me when I go on walks. Too bad the ear buds - which my mom likes - don't stay in my huge ass ears. *sigh*

Hey all,

Okay, Unit and NCIS were pre-empted to next week because of ACM's tonight. But, that's okay because I added a Mack icon, so I think Mack-Daddy will be happy with me. Reply and I promise to use one of my new icons - even maybe the pretty animated one that the lovely sinuous_curve made for me. I declare, one cries out in need of graphics, and good friendly flist delivers.

Oh, and I got a new email specifically for all my LJ/SPN friends. You can drop me a line over at spn_lizard@yahoo.com. 2) I went to the cardiologist and he performed an EKG today instead of an ECG.

EKG - electro-cardiogram
- the thing where they stick the electrodes to you and print out what your heart is doing - very awesome to look at, IMHO

ECG - echo-cardiogram
- an ultrasound of your heart, where you SEE the heart;; no, seriously. they usually do this to me, but not this time. *sigh* And then I went to work. Everything is fine. Which is good. My asthma scared me, so I brought that up, but my cardiologist said that all my chest-wall pain (in the ribs) is totally fine and all my asthma's fault - nothing to do with my heart disease. If you want more info on BAV (Bicuspid Aortic Valve, what I have) or Congenital Heart Diseases (from birth), then either comment or Google.

3) Work was weird. I worked register again, but there was ... interesting-ness. Some crazy woman forced Sonic coupons on me - and I work at a movie theater. I told her politely "no, I can't" and she's all "I always do this wherever I go" so I'm all "well, I'll share with my sister, we like Sonic - thank you and enjoy your movie". Whoa. My sister couldn't believe it until I handed her the coupon. ;)

4) I had a dream with my best friend last night. Just all the sudden, "poof", there she was. *blink*

5) Off to questions.

1) Can anyone volunteer to make me a new header? Maybe something with Winchesters and Petrellis? Or YED and Sylar? I'm really into these two shows - they're in my head almost all the time.

2) I'd really like to know what song was playing at the beginning of AHBL P1. *hug* I know it's somewhere, but I've been AWOL from internet and have lost my way. Anyone care to help? *bats eyelashes* And maybe give it to me or point me to where I can snag it?

3) Oh, and ICONS! I'm sending out a call for icons. Anything SPN or Heroes or PWT or some combination thereof. *cling* Maybe even matching header/icon and I can make that icon my default. *shrug*
